1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ch44, accessing any game, placing any wager, or using any part of the ch44.vip website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ch44.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the ch44 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

ch44 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform or email. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use ch44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. ch44 strictly enforces these requirements and will take action — including account suspension or forfeiture of funds — against players found to be in violation.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). ch44 does not permit gambling by anyone under 21 years old. By creating an account, you declare that you are aged 21 or above.
• You must be a resident of or legally accessing the platform from Bangladesh. Players accessing from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion program or otherwise prohibited from gambling by any applicable authority or court order.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual private person. Using the platform on behalf of a third party, a corporation, or any group is not permitted.

ch44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security

Creating Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on ch44. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to keep your registration details up to date at all times.

• Provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address or phone number.
• Duplicate accounts detected by our system will be merged or closed, and any balances or bonuses in the duplicate account may be forfeited.
• ch44 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal request. Documents may include a national ID, passport, or utility bill showing your address.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. ch44 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any support channel.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ch44 supports a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method. Please consult the Payment page for current deposit and withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule) unless otherwise approved by the ch44 compliance team.
• All funds must be deposited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ch44 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 1-24 hours; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

ch44 applies strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraud prevention measures. Any transaction deemed suspicious may be held for review. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent deposit activity will have their accounts terminated and all funds seized.

ch44 does not accept deposits from third parties. You may only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ch44 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards for players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and across Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in individual promotion pages.

• Bonuses are credited to your account upon meeting the qualifying conditions stated in the relevant promotion (e.g. minimum deposit amount, use of a promotional code).
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated on that promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses may only be used for gameplay on eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.
• ch44 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. In cases of suspected abuse of promotional offers (including bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion), ch44 may void any associated winnings and close the account.

Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will have all accounts suspended and all associated funds forfeited.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on ch44 — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slots, crash games, and bingo — operate under individual game rules that are displayed within each game environment. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

ch44 uses certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming. All outcomes generated by these providers are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, which are regularly audited for fairness and compliance.

• In the event of a disconnection during an active game or bet, the round outcome will be determined and recorded by the game server. ch44 is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Malfunctions or technical errors in any game are void and all wagers placed during a confirmed malfunction will be refunded. ch44 will not pay out winnings on bets placed during a game malfunction.
• Sports betting markets (including BPL, IPL, ICC, T20, and FIFA events) are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body. ch44 reserves the right to void markets where the integrity of an event is disputed.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ch44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, or engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of event manipulation in sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the ch44 platform, including its games, payment systems, or security protocols.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account credentials to access the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ch44 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data compilations, and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of ch44 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ch44 platform without prior written consent from ch44. Unauthorised use may constitute a breach of copyright law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ch44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

ch44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, government actions, or network failures) may cause temporary unavailability of services, for which ch44 accepts no liability.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ch44 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify active players via the platform's notification system or the registered email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the ch44 platform following any revision to these terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated version. If you do not wish to be bound by the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and submit a written account closure request to our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. ch44 will make every reasonable effort to resolve player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process.
